Information required before Feng Shui Consultation

1. Address or premise and contact number
2. Floorplan (For HDB floorplans you can purchase it here)
3. Birthday, birth time, gender and profession of occupants
4. TOP date or year of premise (or year premise is constructed)

Process of consultation

For Feng Shui consultation, there will be 2 visits to the premise.

The first visit is for Master Edwaard Liu to

• Survey the internal layout and external environment of the premise
•  Identify the facing angle of the premise (compass reading)
• Determine the energy within the premise
• Understand the design concept that the owners have (new premise)
• Observe the current layout / design and impact on Feng Shui (existing premise)

For the second visit, Master Edwaard Liu will provide the analysis and recommendations, a report by him will be provided. During this session, the following information will be provided to the clients

• Furniture placement for optimum Feng Shui energy
  • Tv area
  • Sofa area
  • Study area
  • Dinging area
  • Bed position
  • Stove and sink position
  • Fridge
  • Dressing table
  • Wardrobe
  • Shoe cabinets etc

• Identify where are the wealth sectors and recommend on how to enhance them
• Identify where are the fame sectors and recommend on how to enhance them
• Identify where are the health sectors and recommend on how to enhance them
• Identify where are the illness sectors and recommend on how to harmonize them
• Identify where the conflict and disharmony sectors are and recommend on how to harmonize them.
• Suitable color scheme and elements for the rooms will be provided
• Optimal positions  for Fan and Air conditioner
• Location suitable for plants and pets
• Auspicious renovation start date (new premise)
• Auspicious moving in to stay date and time (new premise)
• Suggested moving in rituals

Services after consultation

Clients will be able to contact Master Edwaard Liu directly for any further clarification 6 months from the consultation date. Through email, whatsapp or sms, for urgent matters through phone calls. Master Edwaard Liu usually responds within the day.
